Green Papaya Salad

Last week during the extremely uncomfortable heat, I tried to stay away from the stove but still managed to get into the kitchen to whip up some food for me and David. Green Papaya Salad is really great for the summer time because it’s not labor intensive and you probably already have all of the ingredients in your pantry (also, the most important part: it’s REALLY good). This isn’t the Thai/Vietnamese version of papaya salad, but it’s a good variation that I’m sure you’ll enjoy. I’ll be posting video recipes every Wednesday (or at least try to) – I hope you enjoy this quick and easy salad!

Green Papaya Salad Ingredients

1 Green Papaya
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons Sesame Oil
3 tablespoons Chinkiang Vinegar (Apple Cider Vinegar works as well)
Garlic (optional)
