Hi Grace,

I want to thank you for your great how-to video about making your own seltzer water with the Sodastream seltzer maker. I am a big time fan of carbonated water but hate to have to pay the way inflated prices in the supermarkets. I came across your bog as a way to redeem myself from paying for overpriced bubbly water. This seems to be the best method to go with from the tireless hours of research I have already put in. On top of that its a win-win. Great tasting water and not harming the environment with all that plastic was my primary goal.

Well, I'm off to place my order for the Sodastream machine.

Thanks again for the 411. By the way; Love your blog!!!

Best Regards,

I thought you'd like to know that your blog just incited a huge fight between my best friend and I. I found your blog today while I happened to be on the phone with her and said, "Can you believe this girl lists the Graeter's in Cincinnati as one of her picks? Graeter's isn't even from Cincinnati!"

We're both from Ohio (though I live in NYC now) and each think we know everything about it, so we argued for ten minutes about where it originated. And it turns out you're right, of course. But we still think the Columbus ones are better.
